Travian Bot

Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 5, 2026

Travian Bot is operated by Maksim MalbaĊĦa. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Travian Bot, including the Discord bot, website, subscription checkout, support tools, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, configuring, accessing, or using Travian Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Travian Bot on behalf of a Discord server, alliance, group, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that group to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using Travian Bot and remove it from any Discord server where you control its use.

2. Channel Transcripts and Content Policy

Travian Bot may generate HTML transcripts of temporary coordination channels to support alliance administration, moderation, auditing, and incident review. Generated transcripts are retained for up to 14 days from creation and are then scheduled for deletion under our transcript retention policy.

You may not use Travian Bot, bot-created channels, or transcript functionality to create, upload, transmit, store, or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. This includes, without limitation, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), threats, harassment, or content that violates Discord's policies or applicable law.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content. If illegal content is detected or included in a generated transcript, we may remove access, preserve relevant evidence, and report the matter to appropriate legal authorities and Discord Trust & Safety where required or appropriate.

Server administrators may disable transcript generation with /disable-transcript and re-enable it with /enable-transcript.

3. Use of Service

Travian Bot provides coordination, planning, automation, tracking, and support tools for Discord communities. You are responsible for how you configure and use those tools, including any in-game decisions, messages, attacks, defenses, assignments, or administrative actions taken based on bot output.

You must comply with all applicable laws, Discord's terms and policies, and any rules set by Travian Games GmbH. Travian Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Travian Games GmbH.

4. Subscription Plans

Premium access is provided through recurring subscription plans billed at fixed intervals. Current public pricing is:

  • 3 Months: $19.99 billed every 3 months (approx. $6.66/mo)
  • 6 Months: $35.99 billed every 6 months (approx. $6.00/mo)
  • 1 Year: $59.99 billed annually (approx. $5.00/mo)
  • 3 Years: $149.99 billed every 3 years (approx. $4.17/mo)
  • Permanent: $249.99 billed once for lifetime access

Each newly added Discord server receives an automatic 3-day no-card trial when Travian Bot joins the server. No debit or credit card is required for this server trial. During the no-card trial, selected premium workflows may be available with reduced limits.

Full premium access requires either an active Paddle trial, an active paid subscription, a valid license key, or an approved custom contract. After the no-card trial ends, we may block new premium automation actions while keeping account, support, key activation, and billing-management paths available.

The key owner may move a license key to a different Discord server at any time while the related subscription or access period remains active. Activating the key in a new server transfers the subscription benefits to that server, and the previous server loses the benefits from that key unless it has another active key, trial, custom contract, or other valid access source.

Voting-based access, promotional access, or manually granted bonus time may be offered for limited and temporary use. These access methods are not equivalent to a paid plan and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Legacy servers that joined before April 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM CEST may receive a subscription-trial billing adjustment only when a qualifying key is activated while the linked Paddle subscription is still marked as trialing. Any adjustment is a billing-date adjustment only, not an automatic extension of the server's 3-day invite trial.

For eligible legacy servers, the billing target may be aligned to the server's original legacy trial window of 3 days from its original join date. The former early-supporter additional 30-day trial bonus is no longer offered. Any adjustment only moves the Paddle billing date forward when applicable and never shortens an existing later billing date.

5. Billing and Payment Responsibility

Paid access to Travian Bot is sold through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases. When you complete checkout, you are purchasing from Paddle.

We do not receive, process, or store your full payment card details, and we cannot directly inspect your card information. Paddle is responsible for checkout handling, payment security, applicable tax calculation and collection, and buyer payment workflows under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Custom Contracts

You may request a custom contract through the /contract command. Custom contracts are negotiated access arrangements that may consider contract length, number of covered Discord servers, server member count, observed usage activity, requested features, and other information available at the time of review.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may approve, reject, or require further negotiation for any custom contract at our discretion.

If a custom contract is approved, access is issued only after payment is completed. Payment through Paddle is treated as acceptance of the generated custom contract and these Terms. The contract may be generated as a PDF using buyer details, transaction details, contract length, server count, and price information available from Paddle and the contract request.

Unless otherwise stated, a custom contract is a one-time payment for the agreed access period, covered server count, and quoted price. When a custom contract payment link is sent, the final amount may include the agreed contract price plus a 5% and $0.50 surcharge to cover Paddle fees. Any surcharge is shown before payment and may appear in the generated contract PDF.

A custom contract protects the agreed price and access period from later public pricing changes, but it does not waive these Terms, abuse monitoring, chargeback rules, acceptable-use rules, service limits, or any other rules that apply to Travian Bot users.

Renewal, expansion to additional servers, materially different usage, or a new access period may require a new quote or contract. If we determine that pricing was based on incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or materially changed information, we may suspend or terminate the custom contract and related license key. In that case, no refund may be issued to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund decisions may ultimately be made by Paddle.

If we issue a refund directly, 5% of the original payment plus $0.50 may be withheld to cover payment processing costs that are not returned to us.

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. That right may be lost once digital content or service access begins and you acknowledge that immediate access waives the cancellation right.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in these Terms, unused portions of an active subscription period are not refundable.

Permanent access is a one-time digital purchase that is delivered immediately after successful payment. "Permanent" means access for the operational lifetime of Travian Bot, subject to these Terms, service availability, acceptable-use rules, and any limits stated at checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, permanent access purchases are final and non-refundable while Travian Bot remains available. Cancellation, non-use, server changes, alliance changes, account changes, or a decision to stop using Travian Bot does not create a right to a refund for permanent access, unless a refund is required by law or approved by Paddle.

If we permanently discontinue Travian Bot and do not provide a materially equivalent replacement or successor service, eligible permanent access purchases may qualify for a shutdown refund based on the time elapsed since the original payment date:

  • 90% if Travian Bot is permanently discontinued within the first six months after payment;
  • 75% if requested within the first year after payment;
  • 50% if requested during the second or third year after payment;
  • 25% if requested during the fourth year after payment;
  • 10% if requested during the fifth year after payment; and
  • no refund after five years from the original payment date, unless required by law.

Shutdown refunds are not available where access was previously suspended, restricted, or terminated for prohibited conduct, chargeback abuse, fraud, license-key sharing or resale, or any other material breach of these Terms. The percentages above apply to the original permanent-access payment before any non-returned processing costs described in this section are withheld. If a permanent access refund is approved, the related permanent key may be revoked.

For recurring subscriptions, if we permanently discontinue Travian Bot before the end of your paid subscription period, we will refund unused remaining months based on the subscription's approximate monthly price listed above, reduced by any non-returned processing costs described in this section.

This section does not limit statutory consumer rights for services that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

8. Support

For service support, contact Max at [email protected]. For payment, card, invoice, tax, or buyer-account questions, contact Paddle through Paddle buyer support.

9. Prohibited Conduct

We may suspend or terminate access if we identify conduct that harms Travian Bot, its users, its infrastructure, or its payment relationships. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass service limitations;
  • sharing, reselling, transferring, or abusing license keys except as expressly permitted;
  • using one license, Discord server, or bot setup for two or more alliances that are not managed by the same people, including allowing another alliance to use your paid access instead of purchasing and linking its own license;
  • misrepresenting server size, activity, ownership, or intended usage for pricing or contract approval;
  • using the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or policy-violating content;
  • attempting to obtain repeated free trials, unauthorized promotional access, or improper billing adjustments; and
  • initiating an improper chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access.

If prohibited conduct occurs, we may suspend or terminate keys, subscriptions, server access, user access, support access, or custom contracts without refund to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Travian Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every Discord server configuration, or any particular in-game outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travian Bot and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost in-game opportunities, Discord moderation outcomes, Travian account restrictions, or other losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, pricing, legal requirements, or business operations. The "Last Updated" date above identifies the latest published version.

Continued use of Travian Bot after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using Travian Bot and remove it from servers where you control its use.
